Blue Print Technologies - SAP Successfactor Consultant - RCM Module (3-7 Yrs) Mumbai (Enterprise - SAP/Oracle)

Role - SAP Successfactor Recruitment Management ( RCM) Job Description : - Act as a subject matter expert on SuccessFactors projects.
-Establish credibility with clients and team members, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions with client project team.
-Assist in gathering business requirements.
-Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design.
-Guide clients through decision making and HR process design.
-Configure SuccessFactors components spanning Recruiting Management functions to meet client needs.
-Prepare documentation and training materials as needed.
-Ensure deliverable s are completed within deadlines, and the quality of deliverables meet client expectations Requirements : - Must be certified in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module (mandatory) - Should have strong experience working with the SuccessFactors implementation methodology and project planning (at least 2 to 4 full cycle implementations).
-Should have experience leading client workshops for atleast 2 to 4 Projects.
-Implementation and support experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module.
-Prior experience conducting Fit/Gap analysis and business /process modeling.
-Solid proficiency in gathering assessing requirements from functional business owners.
-Designing robust business processes considering accepted industry practices - Configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite.
-Driving the development of functional and systems specifications.
-Writing and maintaining necessary documentation.
-Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members.
-Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment.
-Good team player and very good communication skills.
