.Net Team Lead - Application Development & Architecture (8-12 Yrs) Hyderabad (Systems/Product Software)

JD : - Over-all 8 - 12 years of experience in C#.Net application development Architecture.
-Contributed towards elicitation of requirements, translate the business requirements to solution options including the technical blocks and infrastructure required in at least 2 development projects.
-Experience with front end UI technologies like HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, javascript and Angular framework - Experience with web service standards (Web API, MVC, WCF, REST, XML, JSON and SOAP).
-Good understanding and implementation of software design patterns such as MVC, repository, dependency injection, inversion of control, singleton unit of work and others.
-Deep understanding of Computing Fundamentals, Network Systems - Provide technical leadership regarding technology or project to customers and team members - Shares best practices, lessons learned and constantly updates the technical system architecture requirements based on changing technologies and knowledge related to recent, current and up-coming vendor products and solutions.
-Participate in technical forums and discussion within the team and with clients.
-Guides and mentors team in terms of technical solutioning.
-Should be hands-on and should be willing to conceptualize and develop Proof-of-Concept solutions - Database Design and implementation knowledge on SQL queries, functions, stored procedures, triggers - Should have deep understanding and experience in Microsoft technologies. Responsible for detailed technical design at a solution level.
-Automation experience on Code Review, Unit Testing and Integration testing is an added advantage.
-Should assist with technical effort estimating, creation of work breakdown structure, risks and solutions at a solution level.
-Should review design and implementation of junior designers and developers on the quality of technical deliverables and adherence to quality process - Good knowledge in Build Management as well as Version Control tools such as GitHub, TFS and SVN.
-Experience in Agile/Scrum Methodology is required - Experience in developing web applications on Microsoft Azure Cloud is a plus
