We are currently seeking a Oracle EPM/Hyperion Support Team Lead to join our team in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai, Telangana (IN:TG), India (IN).
Day to Day job Duties:
Provide functional/technical expertise to support corporate planning and budgeting and account reconciliation processes.
Manage clients EPM Cloud applications
Manage EPM Automate
Maintain Business Rules, calculation and aggregation script logic, rules and files
Maintain Account Reconciliation and Transaction Matching configuration and setup
Provide best practice recommendations to continuously improve EPM Cloud modules and processes over time
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of experience with Oracle 's EPM Cloud environment, especially Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) orOracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Services (FCCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service in the role of support developer.
5 or more years of experience with Hyperion Data Management (or FDMEE). Must demonstrate that you understand how to setup data integration using this tool.
3 or more years ' experience with Oracle EPM Cloud EPM Automate utility
5 years of experience leading offshore team, including managing the client interactions, mentoring the team, and coordinating schedules
Demonstrated strong analytical skills,problem solving/debugging skills
Agood attitude, strongbusiness ethics, an analytic mind, the ability to think on your feet, and excellent customer skills
Be a self:starter with high motivation to succeed
Be a team player with strong results orientation
Knowledge of financial accounting processes
Critical thinking and analytical background
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
5 years of experience with Microsoft Office versions 2010 : 2016
Travel:This position does not require travel or has minimal travel requirements and requires work from home (internet access, phone access and private location with no interruptions)
Degree:Undergraduate degree in Finance or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Nice to Have:
Working knowledge DRM and HPCM
Working experience with REST API and Groovy technologies
Able to demonstrate an ability to be an advisor to the client in a functional capacity; a consultant to the client and projects in a technical capacity; able to design new applications using information gathered up front
