Job Description:

Greets customers upon entering the store
Assists customers in locating specific products
Answers inquiries
Directs customers to the manager for decisions out of their hands
Replenishes product inventory
Cleans the store
Assists cashiers
Tracks and reports record of sales
Seeks feedback to improve customer service
Working Hour: 9Hrs&
One Weekly off (Except Saturday & Sunday)
Overtime Pay&

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.

Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Manage merchandise displays and ensure that the retail space is well-organized.

Track and manage inventory levels, and report shortages or discrepancies.

Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.

Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
