Job Description
Sales Activities :- Identify and target potential clients or customers.- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to post-sale support.Marketing Activities :- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services.- Create and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.- Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, content, advertising, etc.) to drive lead generation.- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and materials.Customer Relationship Management :- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.- Gather and relay customer feedback and suggestions to improve products or services.Market Research :- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.- Gather and analyze data to identify market opportunities and threats.- Share market insights with the team to adapt strategies accordingly.Reporting :- Generate regular reports on sales and marketing performance.- Present findings and progress to management.Collaboration :- Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to align efforts and achieve common goals.- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company s presence.
