Required Sales Executive, Gurgaon

Role & responsibilities -
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer queries, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals,PI, Sales Order and other sales reports.
Managing the whole sales operation process .
Maintaining CRM /ERP database.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Able to communicate all aspect of sales operations to managers and other team members .
Visiting customers office for the inquiries, payment &etc..
Solve and handle team queries and problems .
Preferred candidate profile -
Must have a diploma / engineering / BBA / BCA / MCA/ MBA / Bsc / Msc/ Bcom/BA
Strong verbal and written communicator.
Excellent presentation and convincing skills.
Minm-2 yrs exp from automobile / steel industry ( preferable)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel, word, PPT
Preferably need immediate joiner for our both plant location Gurgaon and Ludhiana
