The Field Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in engaging and building relationships with customers, generating leads, implementing sales strategies, and conducting sales operations. This role is primarily based in Gurugram, with the flexibility for remote work.Responsibilities- Engage with potential and existing customers to build strong relationships.- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.- Conduct sales operations, including presentations and negotiations.- Collaborate with dealer partners and financial institutions to facilitate a seamless buying experience.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors.- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.Eligibility- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in sales and lead generation.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- A customer-focused mindset with strong customer service skills.- Knowledge of sales operations and techniques.- Ability to work independently and manage remote work effectively.- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.Location: Delhi and Gurgaon Work Type: Full TimeCompensation and Benefits:- Monthly salary: - 20,000 - 25,000- Conveyance allowance- Insurance coverage (Accidental & Life) (ref:updazz.com)
