Job Description
Sales Strategy Development:- - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the center s sales targets and market expansion goals.
-Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.2.
-Team Management:- - Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team objectives.
-Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.3.
-Client Relationship Management:- - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
-Address client needs and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.4.
-Business Development:- - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical diagnostics market.
-Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and other sales channels.5.
-Sales Operations:- - Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
-Ensure acurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.6.
-Collaboration:- - Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies and campaigns.
-Collaborate with other departments such as finance and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.7.
-Market Research and Analysis:- - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
-Use data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and improve performance.- Qualifications:- - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum of 6-8 years of sales experience in the medical diagnostics or healthcare industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.- Strong leadership and team management skills (ref:updazz.com)
