Job Description
Position Title : Business Development ManagementExperience : 0-1 YearLocation : HyderabadMode : On-siteSkills : Sales, end-to-end sales, lead generation, crm,b2b salesResponsibilities :- Conduct engaging online product demos via platforms like Google Meet/Zoom, tailoring presentations to meet specific customer needs and address queries effectively.- Initiate outbound calls to identify potential customers from leads, implementing follow-up procedures to nurture leads and convert them into active customers.- Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to product utilization.- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and understanding customer needs.- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer feedback, queries, and interactions using CRM tools for accurate and up-to-date information.- Provide insights into customer preferences and market trends to inform marketing initiatives.- Report customer feedback, suggestions, and market insights for continuous improvement.- Proactively contribute to the development of sales strategies to achieve business objectivesQualifications:- Internship or full time experience in business development, sales, or a related field.- Good Communication skills with confidence in presenting and demonstrating products to potential customers.- Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.- Demonstrated ability to suggest product improvements based on customer needs. Skills Required :- Candidates must speak Hindi & English and Tamil fluently- Comfortable working in-office in Hyderabad (ref:updazz.com)
