Job Description
Job Summary :We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of clients, selling insurance products, and providing tailored advice to meet clients needs. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, customer service, and a desire to build long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities :- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and cold calling.- Understand clients insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options (e.g., life, health, auto, home, term insurance).- Develop and deliver tailored insurance solutions based on individual or business requirements.- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.- Assist clients with claims processing and provide ongoing support.- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to offer accurate advice.- Manage administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining records in CRM systems.- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns in a timely and professional manner.- Should be able to work from the Noida office for 6 days a week/24 days in a month.Required Qualifications :- Versant 3 and above with fluency in both English and Hindi- Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or in a similar sales role in the financial services or insurance industry.- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.).- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- High organizational and time management skills.- Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.- Valid insurance license (as per local regulations).Preferred Qualifications :- Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales.- Familiarity with the local insurance market.- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.- A bachelor s degree in business, finance, or a related field.Compensation & Benefits :- Competitive base salary with performance-based commissions.- Comprehensive health insurance.- Professional development opportunities..- Rewards and recognition (ref:updazz.com)
