We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) to join our team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries and issues through email, chat, and social media platforms, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Spanish/Portuguese, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Key Responsibilities :1.
