Job Description
Key Responsibility :- B2B Corporate Sales: Identify and engage potential corporate clients across India, specifically targeting health insurance providers, wellness service providers, GCCs and other relevant businesses.- CXO & HR Engagement: Build strong relationships with C-level executives and HR leaders within corporate clients to secure buy-in for Pococare s services.- Product Demos: Deliver impactful product demos to showcase the value and benefits of Pococare s emergency response solutions for corporate employees.- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals set for the B2B corporate segment in India.- Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and targeted research within the Indian corporate landscape.- Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about trends and regulations relevant to employee health and wellness benefits in India, as well as competitor activities within the B2B corporate space.
