Job Description
- Looking to Onboard for Enewate Projects Private Ltd - Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional for customer acquisition & client engagementWhat you ll be doing :- You ll get an opportunity to be an integral part of a team that will be active in customer acquisition. A typical engagement in acquisition could entail, inter alia, analyzing the client s needs, understanding the technologies adopted for wastewater treatment in their prior projects, helping them realize the problems that they never knew existed, and delivering solutions that re tailor-made to their requirement, participating in deal-making including negotiations & structuring contract terms.- You will also help the org in creating a robust marketing plan, drawing milestones, executing the plan and reporting the results on an ongoing basis. A typical engagement could entail, inter alia, analyzing the business, identifying the opportunity, ascertaining the value of the business, developing the go-to-market strategy, and creating the marketing roadmap.What you ll be doing as a team :Sales Executives :Direct :- Identification of the potential client- Understand the technologies used in wastewater treatment- Drive meetings and project visits with KDMs- Identify system boundaries and coordinate with the design team in creating feasible solutions.- Propose the sustainable solutions we offer by identifying key problems in their existing setups (often they never knew it existed)- Negotiation and closures- Maintain 90% customer satisfaction score- Maximize the Total Customer ValueWhat you ll need to have :Need to Have :- Sales experience of 5- 8 years (any domain)- Role involving lead generation to closure (any or all)- Role involving client retention- Preferably real estate experience (not a must)- Good convincing skills- Extroverted and conversationalist- Highly motivated- Role involving assessing the viability of the connection- Role involving forecasting performance and resultsGood to Have :- Domain experience in construction technologies- Roles in leadership- Experience in CRM tools especially SalesforceWhat personal skills you ll need to demonstrate :Need to Have :- Excellent presentation & communications skills- Above average PowerPoint skills with high attention to detail- Above-average analytical skills- Ability to work under pressure and strong presence of mind- Ability to work with teams and challenge the status quo- Willingness to travel- Self-starter/initiative/self-motivated & ambitiousGood to Have :- Reading as a habit- Personal & professional leadership and credibility- Strong knowledge of current affairs, impact investment & businessAugmented :- Identify all the KDM s connected with each opportunity including architects, plumbing consultants and project management firms- Unlock the growth potential to the fullest by carefully nurturing and mining potential leads- Drive customer marketing activities throughout the life cycle of acquisition- Responsible for forecasting revenue and meeting targets for assigned regionEducation :- Excellent to at least above average academic record- MBA/PGDM (Sales and marketing)- From a Tier 1 or Tier 2 management school anywhere in the worldGood to Have :- Participation/awards/recognitions or achievements in extra-curricular or co-curricular or even academic achievements - Public speaking - Write to us if you d love to be part of this aggressively rowing company in- wastewater treatment and water recycling- waste to energy solutions (cleantech) (ref:updazz.com)
