Sales Business Development Executive (BDE)

Panacorp Software Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on generating sales, building relationships, and driving business growth through client acquisition and telesales activities.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients, introducing and promoting our services.
Engage in telesales, inside sales, and marketing activities to generate qualified leads and drive sales conversions.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business success.
Conduct presentations to potential clients and explain services clearly and effectively.
Identify new business opportunities by researching prospective customers and their needs.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Manage and update client data in CRM systems for follow-up and future sales opportunities.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to continuously improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Any bachelor 's degree.
Experience in telesales, inside sales, or marketing is a plus, but freshers with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
