JOB PURPOSE :
Ensure width and depth of distribution of CP products in the given zone and implementationof company 's strategies through availability and transparency of the products so as toachieve the sales and distribution objectives in the zone.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES RELATED TO IT:
Handle Targets :
: Achieve CPS (Colgate Palmolive Sales) and STT (Sales To Trade) targets everymonth
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
: Ensure availability of optimum stocks by ensuring accurate planning and MBQ(Minimum Base Quantity) setting to each customer
HANDLE RELATIONSHIP WITH CUSTOMER:
: Ensuring a balanced relationship with customer, stockist and store manager.
HANDLE TRADE PROMOTION CLAIMS:
: Ensuring that claims from each customer collected debit note and submit to theDirect Trade finance team as per norms and keep track of their settlement
IT USAGE FOR WORKING:
: All CDOs should be able to use the tools of DMS:ITT/Palm, Laptop efficiently tomake data/fact based decisions and recommendations and should support it withrelevant numerical analysis.
PREPARE MONTHLY ANALYSIS REPORT:
: Maintaining reports and information as required by the company. Compiling factsand figures according to established format/procedures as required.: Reporting driven activity, schemes and related developments from the market.
LEAD AND DEVELOP RESOURCES:
: Assign and schedule work to stockist sales associate, merchandiser, champion(promoter): Monitor team performance and provide support/solution when needed
: Maintain team capabilities toward appropriate training.
: Ensure the quality of communication on trade promotions are cascaded to team
EXPERIENCE:
Crucial: Graduate with 2:4 years of experience in the FMCG Companies.
