Fleetx is Hiring for City Manager Profile:Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of 15-20 members (ASMs, BDMs) to achieve state-wide sales targets.- Sales Growth: Develop new accounts, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and ensure consistent target achievement.- Client Engagement: Provide professional service and advice to enhance client satisfaction.- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.- Strategy Contribution: Contribute to sales strategies and marketing plans for the assigned region.- Revenue Collection: Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely collections.Desired Qualifications:- 8 years of sales experience in Logistics software, Insurance, or Commercial Vehicle industries.
