Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
Support new hire onboarding processes, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
Assist in processing payroll information and benefits enrollment, including liaising with finance and benefits providers.
Recruitment Support: Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with recruitment efforts for open positions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation (e.g., contracts, certifications, and other HR-related documents).
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and administrative processes.
Utilize HR software to track employee information, generate reports, and support other HR initiatives.
Assist in organizing HR-related events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
Prepare regular HR reports and assist with HR metrics, analytics, and special projects.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years in HR administration or a related HR role.
Effective communication in both Hindi and English is essential.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of HR functions and practices, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
High accuracy and attention to detail in managing employee records and handling sensitive information.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address HR-related issues effectively and in a timely manner
