Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Business Acquisition resource to lead our efforts in acquiring new business opportunities and expanding our client base.- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term partners.
-This role requires a combination of sales expertise, market knowledge, and relationship building skills to drive business growth and revenue generation.OEM & It hardware sales Background only applyKey Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive business acquisition strategy aligned with company objectives and target markets.- Identify and prioritize target sectors, industries, and potential clients for business development efforts.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.- Proactively reach out to prospective clients to introduce company products or services, articulate value propositions, and schedule meetings or presentations.- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and senior management, to tailor solutions and proposals to client needs and preferences.- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, leveraging trust and rapport to drive successful outcomes.- Provide ongoing account management and support to new clients during the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to anticipate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and market dynamics.- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional outcomes.- Only OEM & It hardware sales Background only apply- Proficiency in business PPT presentation.- Experience in AV industry is a plus.- Willingness to travel as needed (ref:updazz.com)
