Senior Executive (Accounts)

Key Responsibilities:
Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions accurately.
Handle daily processing of invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.
Maintain and update accurate financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
Oversee the entire sales process, including the creation and processing of Sales Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Notes.
Efficiently manage accounts payable and receivable.
Provide timely and accurate Debtors and Creditors Ageing reports.
Perform monthly bank statement and general ledger account reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statutory reports.
Ensure the proper management of statutory accounts.
Manage inventory accurately and ensure proper documentation related to inventory movements.
Assist senior management with tax-related matters and filings.
Maintain and update the Labor Register, Sales Register, and Purchase Register.
Provide support in ensuring accurate documentation and communication between departments.
Requirements:
Must be Graduated in Commerce or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role within the manufacturing industry.
Experience in the cotton industry is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
In-depth knowledge of TDS, GST, and Income Tax.
Strong understanding of financial accounting, reconciliation processes, and inventory management.
