Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the assigned region- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring they meet their targets and goals- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to ensure team alignment and motivation- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and activities- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectivelyDesired Skills and Experience :- Proven experience (10 years) in sales management, preferably in the General Trade sector- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment- Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned region (ref:updazz.com)
