The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in creating referral strategies, increasing conversions, and driving growth for products.Additionally, they should be well-versed in incentivization modeling and have a strong background in marketing. This role will require the person to work very closely with the Chief Product Officer.Key Responsibilities :- Own and report on key growth metrics, communicating results and insights to leadership- Analyze product, tele-sales and marketing funnels to identify opportunities for improvement- Conduct user research to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and motivations- Develop referral strategies and execute referral programs to increase customer retention and drive business growth- Develop and test hypotheses for growth, rapidly iterate based on results, and scale what works- Utilize data analysis and market insights to develop strategies that increase conversions and drive growth for our products- Create and manage incentivization models to motivate customers to continue using our products and services- Engage in effective communication with customers to understand their needs and preferences, addressing concerns and implementing retention initiativesRequirements :- 3-4 years of experience in a product or customer retention role, with a proven track record of driving customer retention and increasing revenue- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams- Experience in working closely with C-suite executives and contributing to strategic decision-makingKey Skills Required :- Marketing- Communication- Data Analysis- Excel- Number Crunching- Problem Solving- Metrics & Reporting (ref:updazz.com)
