Key Responsibilities:o Ensure timely pickup, delivery, and drop-off of goods to client locations,according to the set schedule.o Verify the order details, address, and instructions from clients to ensureaccurate deliveries.o Operate delivery vehicles in a safe, efficient, and responsible manner.o Collect payment (if applicable) and handle customer inquiries during thedelivery process.o Ensure proper documentation of deliveries, including any discrepancies orissues encountered.o Report any incidents or accidents immediately to the supervisor.o Ensure customer satisfaction by providing courteous, professional, andfriendly service.o Address client queries regarding delivery time, product status, or anydelivery-related concerns.o Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the delivery vehicle.o Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is ready for useo Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure personal safety andthe safety of goods.o Adhere to environmental and safety standards during the handling of goods.o Work closely with the logistics team, warehouse staff, and supervisors tocoordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.o Familiarity with local routes, geography, and traffic patterns.
