Our client, a leading company in Finance, Collection, and Sales, is looking for dedicated Telecallers and Field Executive Collections. The ideal candidates should be fluent in any of the language Kannada, or Tamil or Telugu or Malayalam.Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and collections via phone or field visits.- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.- Document customer interactions and escalate issues as necessary.- Collaborate with team members to improve collection processes.Qualifications:- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.- Ability to speak any one language: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.Compensation:- Telecallers : Fresher Graduates: - 13,000 in hand Fresher Undergraduates: - 12,000 in hand Experience in Collections: Up to - 17,000 in handExperience in Collections with DRA: - 20,000 in handShift:- 9 am to 6 pm- 6 days working with 1 rotational day offLocation:- Singasandra, Hosur Main Road (ref:updazz.com)
