Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists to generate interest in the company 's interior design services.
Customer Qualification:
Qualify leads by understanding their project requirements, budget, and timeline to identify potential clients suitable for the company 's services.
Consultations Scheduling:
Schedule initial consultations with the design team by effectively communicating the company 's design expertise and process.
Information Provision:
Answer customer questions about design packages, pricing, project timelines, and available materials.
Client Relationship Building:
Establish rapport with potential clients by actively listening to their needs and addressing any concerns.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system, including call logs, follow-up reminders, and lead status updates.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to close deals by providing necessary information and addressing client queries during the sales cycle.
Objection Handling:
Professionally handle customer objections and address concerns related to pricing, design concepts, or project scope.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor 's degree in marketing, business, or design-related field preferred
Prior experience as a telecaller in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the interior design industry
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
