Key Responsibilities:- Business Development & Sales - Organize sales visits for existing leads.
-Identify and approach new prospects to drive sales.
-Maintain and strengthen client relationships. Channel Expansion: - Identify new business opportunities, channels, and channel partners.
-Build partnerships to expand market reach. Sales Execution: - Establish contact and nurture relationships with potential clients.
-Recommend and upsell relevant solutions to prospects.
-Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Client Relationship Management: - Provide ongoing support, information, and guidance to clients.
-Suggest improvements for better service and increased profitability. Sales Process & Technology: - Manage the sales process using specific software tools.
-Maintain and update the CRM database. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Participate in sales team meetings and strategy discussions.
-Support on-ground marketing events and campaigns. Work Mode & Travel Requirements:- Field job with frequent travel as required.
-Willingness to stretch based on business needs. Candidate Requirements:- Experience 1 - 4 years in B2C field sales.
-Must own a two-wheeler.
