Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to promote and sell our home decor products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:- Actively visit potential clients and showcase Abode Accents home decor products.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company s growth.- Provide excellent customer service and address client queries effectively.- Report daily sales activities and outcomes to the Sales Manager.Requirements:- Experience: 1 to 2 years in field sales, preferably in the home decor or related industry.- Education: Any Degree.- Gender: Male only.- Languages: Proficiency in English and Kannada/Hindi.- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.- Location: Bangalore (Doddakamanhalli main road).- Availability: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).
