Executive - Sales - Insurance (1-4 Yrs) Coimbatore (BFSI Sales)

Work Goals: To assemble, train, and oversee a group of Sales Executive and agents in order to increase sales goals and promote company expansion via the agency channel. Principal Duties: - Hire and educate new agents for insurance.
-Encourage agents to reach and beyond sales goals.
-Regular field visits are used to track and assist agent performance.
-Hold training seminars for sales and products.
-To maintain and expand the channel, cultivate a solid rapport with agents.
-Assure adherence to legal requirements and corporate policies.
-Create and provide reports to management on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Skills and Qualifications: - A bachelor s degree - One or more years of experience selling insurance or in a related position.
-Excellent team management and leadership abilities.
-Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
-The capacity to inspire and guide a group of people toward objectives.
