Required Outreach Manager - Bangalore

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead B2B sales and partnership development across India and the broader region. The role involves promoting and managing a portfolioof executive education, professional development, and academic programs targeted at corporates and other organizations.The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling skills with a passion for education and will thrive inboth in-person and online business development environments.& Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to promote programs to corporates and otherorganizations. Identify, approach, and build relationships with decision-makers in HR, L&D, and academia. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to negotiationand closure. Conduct client presentations (in-person and virtual) to showcase program value and outcomes. Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to customize training and educationsolutions for client needs. Maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system, providing regular progressreports. Represent the institution at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform product design and positioning.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor s degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred. 7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate partnerships ideallyin education, training, or professional services. Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operate independently in a fast-pacedenvironment. Willingness to travel within India and the region as required.
