Webvory - Customer Care Professional (2-3 Yrs) Mohali (After-Sales/Customer Service)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Female candidate for Customer Service Representative (CSR) with hands-on experience supporting international clothing/apparel brands. The ideal candidate understands fashion product terminology, size charts, returns/exchanges, and US customer expectations.You will be the primary point of contact for US customers, helping them with product inquiries, order updates, complaints, sizing help, and post-purchase support.Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and DMs for a US clothing brand.- Assist customers with order status, shipping updates, tracking issues, returns, refunds, and exchanges.- Provide styling/sizing suggestions when needed (important for clothing category).- Handle escalations professionally and ensure timely resolutions.- Process return, refund, and exchange requests through Shopify or customer support tools.- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for shipment verification and replacements.- Monitor open tickets until closure and maintain accurate documentation.- Use platforms like Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar CRMs.- Manage high-volume support during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Holiday Sales).- Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and customer delight in every interaction.Required Qualifications- 2-3 years of experience in international customer service-specifically for a US clothing/apparel brand (mandatory).- Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).- Familiarity with apparel sizing, fabric types, color variations, and product-related queries.- Hands-on experience with customer support platforms (Zendesk/Gorgias/Shopify tools).- Ability to multitask and handle pressure during busy seasons.- Stable internet connection & proper WFH environment.- US Night Shift (ref:updazz.com)
