Branch ManagerOpenings: 2Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in HL, LAP, BL, and Used Car LoansKey Responsibilities:- Lead branch operations and sales for HL, LAP, BL, and Used Car Loans.- Manage overall P&L responsibility for the branch.- Set sales targets for the team and drive execution.- Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers, DSAs, and business partners.- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and adherence to credit policies.- Monitor portfolio health and implement strategies to control NPAs.- Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff for better performance.- Represent the branch in management reviews and drive strategic initiatives.- Target Oriented- Client & Customer relationship building.- Client Retention ability with proven track record.- New client acquisition onboarding.Skills & Competencies:- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Proven experience in retail lending and branch operations.- Sound understanding of credit, compliance, and risk management.- Excellent networking and business development skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Qualification:- MBA in Finance, and or related.- Excellent presentation and mapping (six-sigma preferred)- Excellent in english, hindi, and marathi communications.
