Job SummaryThe Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging multimedia assets that elevate Bhima s presence across digital platforms. This role focuses on crafting compelling videos, reels, and creative assets that effectively communicate the brand story, enhance visibility, and drive audience engagement.The ideal candidate will manage the complete content production pipeline-from ideation and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing. They must be able to adapt content styles to suit varied formats, channels, and audience preferences while maintaining brand consistency and quality.Key Responsibilities- Produce both short-form and long-form video content for digital channels.- Plan, coordinate, and execute video and photo shoots.- Edit videos and deliver high-quality multimedia assets within deadlines.- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create campaign-specific content.- Repurpose and optimize content for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).- Maintain the brand s visual identity, tone, and consistency across all content.- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets.- Research digital trends and integrate relevant styles or formats into content.- Work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, and other creative partners.- Track and analyze content performance metrics to inform future strategies.Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills- Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).- Basic animation knowledge (Adobe After Effects).- Familiarity with social media publishing and scheduling platforms.- Strong understanding of trending content formats and digital storytelling.- Scriptwriting and storyboarding skills.- Photography and videography capabilities.- Experience with audio editing tools.- Awareness of meme culture and modern digital communication styles.- Understanding of platform algorithms and content optimization.Core Competencies- High creativity and innovative thinking.- Strong storytelling ability.- Adaptability across formats and styles.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills- Experience with AR/VR content creation.- Advanced motion graphics capabilities.- Podcast recording/editing experience.- Drone videography skills.- Familiarity with AI-based content creation tools.Contact : 8124598713 (ref:updazz.com)
