Job Description:We are seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development Associates to join our high-performance sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech sales and a strong ability to understand customer needs, drive conversions, and contribute to revenue growth.Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries.
-Conduct consultative sales calls to understand learner needs.
-Provide detailed counselling on Scaler s programs and career paths.
-Follow up with leads to drive enrolments and meet monthly sales targets.
-Maintain high lead-to-conversion ratios through structured communication.
-Manage CRM updates and ensure data accuracy.
-Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
-Participate in sales reviews, training, and performance discussions.Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good sales attitude with a proactive and achievement-driven approach.
-Ability to understand customer motivations and pitch effectively.
-Proven persuasion and negotiation abilities.
-Discipline in follow-ups and pipeline management.
-Familiarity with EdTech sales processes and student counselling.
-Target-driven mindset with resilience under pressure.
-Basic proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
