Manager - Customer Service (4-5 Yrs) Anywhere In India/Multiple Locations (After-Sales/Customer Service)

Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce wealth management products and services.- Generate leads and fix appointments for Relationship Managers/Advisors.- Maintain client databases, call records, and follow-up schedules.- Explain basic features of investment products (Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Insurance, etc.) without providing detailed advisory.- Coordinate with the Wealth Management team to ensure timely client engagement.- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.- Handle inbound client queries and route them to appropriate team members.- Build rapport with clients to create long-term engagement opportunities.Key Skills & Competencies- Excellent verbal communication (English, Hindi/regional language).- Strong persuasion and customer engagement skills.- Basic understanding of wealth management / financial products.- Good listening skills and client service orientation.- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
