Installing, adjusting, and presetting cutting tools into the tool changer or machine spindle is known as "tool loading." In-Process Inspection: Use precise measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and bore gauges to conduct thorough and regular in-process quality inspections on machined items. Blueprint Reading: To ascertain dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish requirements, accurately read and interpret engineering blueprints and project orders. Machine Monitoring: Perform the required daily maintenance chores while keeping a close eye on the machine's lubrication, coolant levels, and chip accumulation. Troubleshooting: Recognize and report machine alerts, simple operational problems, or problems that call for a CNC programmer or maintenance technician. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical tasks required in a manufacturing setting.
