"Tool loading" refers to the process of installing, modifying, and presetting cutting tools into the tool changer or machine spindle. Conduct comprehensive and frequent in-process quality inspections on machined goods using accurate measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and bore gauges. Accurately read and interpret engineering blueprints and project orders to determine dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish requirements. While closely monitoring the machine's lubricant, coolant levels, and chip accumulation, carry out the necessary daily maintenance tasks.
