Senior Executive : Accounting And Analytics

Summary
We are seeking a detail:oriented and knowledgeableSenior Executive : Accounting and Analytics at Gainwell,who is highly analytical, detailed oriented, and comfortable working with numbers. This role requires a good grounding in accounting, Profit and loss analysis, Balance sheet analysis, along with the ability to prepare flux analysis, trends, KPI 's, and financial insights. The individual will be able to convert data into meaningful dashboards, insights, and management power point presentations.
Your role in our mission
:
Maintain in:depth understanding and hands:on experience inFinance and Accounting operations.
:
Perform month:end close activities in line with financial reporting timelines.
:
Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P and L, flux, variance, and trend analysis.
:
Develop insightful dashboards, KPIS using excel, Power BI/Tableau.
:
Create clear, compelling, and data driven presentations for management.
:
Present timely performance decks/PPT 's to finance leadership and business heads.
:
Support adhoc analysis with accuracy and clarity.
:
Support internal and external audit requirements.
:
Assume other activities and responsibilities related to GL as directed.
What were looking for
:
Master 's degree in finance, commerce, Management or Economics
:
Minimum5 years of experience with good understanding of accounting concepts, P and L, Balance sheet, GL, accruals, prepaid etc
:
Knowledge on SAP is preferred and proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PPT.
:
Experience in reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau)is an added advantage .
:
Good with numbers, and ability to work with large data sets and convert numbers into meaningful insights.
:
High degree of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
