Field Sales Role - LAP (2-8 Yrs) Delhi NCR (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Job Description:We are looking for a Loan Sales Executive with experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, processing, and closing secured loan cases while maintaining strong relationships with DSAs and channel partners.Key Responsibilities: - Source Home Loan & LAP business through DSA / Channel Partners - Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, brokers, builders, and connectors - Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets - Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation to customers - Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing - Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policy - Track cases from login to disbursement - Provide post-disbursement support and customer serviceKey Skills Required: - Experience in Home Loan / LAP sales - Strong exposure to DSA Channel - Good communication & negotiation skills - Knowledge of loan documentation and eligibility norms - Target-driven and result-oriented approach - Ability to work independently in the field (ref:updazz.com)
