Job Title: Business Development HeadLocation: Pitampura, New Delhi (WFO)Type: Full-time | Immediate JoiningCompany: Groto - UI/UX Design AgencyRole OverviewGroto is looking for a Business Development Head to lead revenue growth, build scalable sales systems, and drive high-quality client acquisition for our UI/UX design services. This is a leadership hands-on role, ideal for someone who understands agency sales deeply and can balance strategy with execution.You ll work closely with the founder and core leadership, own the end-to-end business development function, and play a key role in shaping Groto s growth trajectory.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Leadership- Own and drive Groto s business development strategy across inbound, outbound, referrals, and partnerships- Define and refine ICPs, service positioning, and go-to-market approach in collaboration with the founder- Build scalable sales systems, processes, and pipelines (CRM, follow-ups, qualification frameworks)2. Revenue & Closures- Personally handle high-value conversations and deal closures- Own pricing discussions, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures- Drive both one-time projects and retainer-based engagements3. Pipeline & ChannelsOversee and optimize performance across:- Inbound leads- LinkedIn & outbound outreach- Freelance platforms (Upwork, etc.)- Referrals and strategic partnerships- Ensure consistent pipeline health and predictable revenue flow4. Team & Collaboration- Mentor and guide future BD hires (as the team scales)Work closely with:- Design leadership (for scoping & feasibility)- Marketing/Growth teams (for lead quality & messaging)- Founders (for strategic decisions)5.
