Ltd.Department: BD & SalesJob Title: Manager / Sr. ManagerPosition Overview:The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across EPC projects, electrical infrastructure solutions, testing & commissioning services and safety equipment supplies. This role focuses on developing key accounts, securing turnkey projects, expanding government/industrial clients and building long-term partnerships in the power and infrastructure sector.Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in HV/EHV substations, transmission & distribution projects, cabling, earthing and EPC turnkey solutions.- Promote company offerings including electrical equipment supply, testing services, AMC, retrofitting and safety products.- Generate and manage sales leads from utilities, industries, EPC contractors, government departments and infrastructure developers.- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates and tender documents in coordination with engineering and projects teams.- Negotiate contracts, pricing and payment terms to close profitable deals.- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants and project owners.- Handle client meetings, technical presentations and site visits.- Ensure high customer satisfaction, repeat business and long-term contracts (AMC & service agreements).- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities in power & safety sectors.- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure accurate commitments and timely delivery.- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and CRM records.- Support project handover, billing milestones and collection follow-ups.- Set targets, monitor performance and drive achievement of revenue and growth objectives.Core Competencies:- Technical Sales Expertise with good communication & Stakeholder Management- Business Development & Market Expansion- Tendering & Bidding Competency- Key Account Management- Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure- Cross-Functional Coordination- Sales Strategy & Revenue Planning- Leadership & Team Management- Compliance, Safety & Quality OrientationQualification & Other Requirements- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics- Relevant years of experience in Sales & Business development within electrical EPC, power infrastructure, substations or industrial solutions.- Strong understanding of HV/EHV equipment, switchgear, transformers, testing & commissioning and safety products.- Proven track record of closing high-value industrial or government projects (ref:updazz.com)
