They are a significant player in the retail banking sector, known for their customer-centric approach and innovative offerings.Role Overview:Role Purpose:To manage and grow the banking and investment relationships of YES FIRST High Net Worth (HNI) clients by delivering superior service, driving liabilities and investment growth, deepening client engagement, and maximizing wallet share through comprehensive financial solutions.Key Responsibilities:Relationship Management & Client Growth:- Manage and expand YES FIRST HNI client relationships with a strong focus on service excellence and long-term engagement.- Act as the primary point of contact and face of the Bank for all mapped clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction in service and sales.- Identify existing and potential relationships with incremental revenue opportunities and grow overall portfolio profitability.Business Development & Revenue Generation:- Drive incremental business across product lines including: - Liabilities (CASA, Term Deposits) - Retail Assets - Business Banking - FOREX - Cards - Investments and Insurance- Achieve assigned sales targets across multiple banking and investment products.- Increase CASA balances through portfolio deepening and new client acquisition.- Enhance product and digital channel penetration to increase wallet share with YES Bank.Customer Engagement & Portfolio Quality:- Ensure portfolio quality by maintaining regular client engagement and adhering to relationship value benchmarks.- Proactively manage client needs to retain and grow high-value relationships.- Maintain strong client trust through consistent service delivery and advisory support.Investment Advisory & Financial Planning:- Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to HNI clients.- Drive fee-based income through distribution of mutual funds, insurance, and other investment products.- Align client investment strategies with risk profiles and financial goals.Process, Compliance & Audit:- Ensure all sales and relationship management activities are recorded online in line with organizational processes.- Conduct detailed client profiling to identify and maximize business opportunities.- Maintain compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong relationship management and client engagement skills- Proven ability to drive liabilities and investment growth- Sound understanding of banking, investment, and wealth products- Sales orientation with a customer-first approach- Strong process, compliance, and documentation disciplineInterested Candidates: Share CV at: 93547 52925 (ref:updazz.com)
