Quality Control: Keep an eye on online quality metrics and take prompt remedial action if products don't meet the required tolerance limits. Safety & Discipline: To attain a "Zero Accident" shift, enforce the usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) and make sure all safety procedures are followed.
