Database management: Accurately maintain and update internal databases, making sure that all information is up to date and accessible. Document Verification: Check incoming documents for errors or missing information by comparing them to company requirements. Order and Inventory Tracking: Keep an eye on and handle customer orders or internal requisitions, following their progress from start to finish. Reporting & Documentation: Use internal ERP systems or Microsoft Excel to create daily, weekly, or monthly operating reports for management. Archiving & Compliance: Verify that all documents, both digital and physical, are safely stored and adhere to the organization's data retention guidelines. Correspondence management includes handling corporate mail, sending notes between offices, and overseeing the administrative side of client or vendor interactions. Required Skills: Organizational Mastery: The capacity to effectively prioritize large amounts of paper work and digital assignments. Software Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM or ERP applications and a solid command of the MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Analytical Thinking: The capacity to identify data irregularities and identify administrative bottlenecks. Written Communication: Professional and lucid writing abilities for communication and internal reports.
