The role directly impacts the bank s profitability and market share by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Acquire new corporate clients by identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the target market, contributing to the bank s market share growth.- Manage and nurture relationships with existing large corporate clients by understanding their business needs and providing customized financial solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.- Develop and implement account plans for each client by identifying cross-selling opportunities and maximizing revenue potential, contributing to the overall profitability of the bank.- Structure and negotiate credit facilities, including working capital loans, term loans, and trade finance products, for corporate clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.- Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit, product, and operations, to deliver seamless and efficient service to clients, enhancing the client experience.- Monitor client performance and proactively identify potential risks by conducting regular reviews and analysis, mitigating potential losses for the bank.- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes by attending industry events and conducting research, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.- Proven expertise in corporate banking products and services, including credit, transaction banking, and trade finance.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Master s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field preferred.- Experience in acquisition of Current Account and Transaction Banking business from Large Corporates is essential.
