Role:The Business Development Manager will be responsible for bringing in new students, researchers, and clients who need PhD/Research assistance services, building strong relationships, and helping the company grow.Key Responsibilities:- Find and connect with students, researchers, and institutions who need PhD or research support.- Explain company services (Proposal Writing, Research Papers, Thesis, Manuscripts, etc.) clearly to clients.- Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.- Work towards achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.- Plan and implement strategies to increase leads and revenue.- Attend calls, meetings, and presentations with potential clients.- Coordinate with the academic/research team to provide the right solutions for client needs.- Report business growth, client feedback, and market trends to management.Skills Required:- Strong communication and persuasion skills.- Ability to understand academic and research-related requirements.- Goal-oriented and target-driven.- Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.- Teamwork and coordination skills.Qualification & Experience:- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or education/research services.
