The ideal candidate must be a taskmaster with exceptional client servicing skills, vendor management acumen, and a flair for executing seamless on-ground activations. You will be responsible for leading event planning, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality delivery within timelines.Key Responsibilities:Event Planning & Execution:- Plan, manage, and execute BTL activations, brand promotions, and events across markets.Client Servicing:- Serve as the point of contact for clients, understand their objectives, present event ideas, and maintain a high standard of communication throughout the project lifecycle.Vendor Management:- Identify, onboard, and negotiate with vendors for fabrication, manpower, logistics, and other event-related services.Presentation & Pitching:- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the event concept, budget, and execution strategy.Team Collaboration:- Work closely with creative, production, and on-ground teams to ensure alignment on event deliverables.
