Manager - Sales (8-12 Yrs) Delhi (B2B/Corporate Sales)

We re looking for an experienced Sales Manager - North to drive revenue growth, manage key enterprise accounts, and lead a high-performing regional sales team. This role will own large B2B deals across Delhi NCR and North India and work closely with senior leadership to scale impact-led solutions. Key Responsibilities:Business & Revenue Growth:- Own regional revenue targets across North India - Drive new B2B acquisition across enterprise, corporate & institutional segments - Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure - Build a strong, predictable enterprise pipelineStrategic Account Management: - Manage CXO-level relationships & key enterprise accounts - Drive multi-location, multi-year contracts - Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunitiesTeam Leadership: - Build, coach & manage regional sales team - Set KPIs, review pipelines & conduct joint sales callsMarket & Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Strengthen partnerships with FM companies, hospitals & large institutions - Work with Ops, Customer Success & Marketing for execution excellence - Provide market & competitive insights to leadership Ideal Profile: - 8-12 years of B2B sales experience - 3-5 years in team / regional leadership roles - Experience selling enterprise solutions or services - Exposure to sustainability, waste management, facilities, ESG or allied sectors (preferred) - Strong negotiation, CRM, forecasting & stakeholder management skills (ref:updazz.com)
