Marketing Automation & CRM Operations ManagerLocation : Remote (India)Work Schedule : UK Shift | 5 Days/WeekEmployment Type : Full-TimeCompensation : - 10 - 13 LPARole OverviewWe are hiring a Marketing Automation & CRM Operations Manager to lead marketing automation, CRM optimisation, and performance reporting initiatives.This role will be responsible for managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions, improving lead management processes, designing automated customer journeys, and integrating campaign data across platforms to drive measurable business impact.Key Responsibilities :Marketing Automation & CRM Management :- Design and optimise automated journeys in ClickDimensions (email campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, triggers).- Oversee lead capture, qualification processes, campaign attribution, and pipeline tracking in Dynamics 365.- Define automation and data requirements; collaborate with CRM/Power Platform teams for implementation.- Ensure CRM data integrity and GDPR compliance.Integrations & Systems :- Manage integrations with ClickDimensions, Zapier, WhatsApp Business, and advertising platforms.- Ensure seamless synchronisation between CRM and marketing tools.Reporting & Insights :- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and/or Looker Studio.- Integrate CRM data with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).- Analyse campaign performance, lead source attribution, and conversion metrics.- Provide actionable insights to marketing and leadership stakeholders.Candidate Profile : Essential :- 4-8 years of experience in Marketing Operations / CRM / Marketing Automation.- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Marketing/CRM module).- Strong working experience with ClickDimensions.- Experience building dashboards in Power BI and/or Looker Studio.- Experience with Zapier or similar automation tools.- Strong understanding of CRM data structures and campaign attribution.- Exposure to GDPR and marketing data compliance.Preferred:- Experience managing online offline marketing data.- Experience working in a UK/International market environment.
