Senior Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (10-15 Yrs) Kolkata (BFSI Sales)

Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities:1) The core function is to empanel, activate, canvass, mobilize business and manage relationship in retail distribution segments like Individual Financial Advisors(IFAs), National Distributors (NDs) & Banking Channel. 2) The position will have active physical meetings in the city and intra city with the distributors in the assigned territory. Preference shall be given to candidates with experience of Gurgaon market. 3) Develop and manage sales that provides an environment to grow the company s business. The candidate shall have a small team for market coverage. 4) To execute steps for increasing the company s market share across products. This includes gaining market intelligence and analyzing industry trends, pricing strategies, selling techniques, etc. 5) Maintain database and records of all distributes / Investors, etc as required for the function and safekeeping of important documents, excel sheets, files, etc 6) Continuously gain feedback from Distributors & Investors for improvising and overcoming shortcomings in the product offering and after sales-service. 7) Co-ordinate with reporting manager, and as and when required Zonal office.Experience:- Experience in AMC industry/ financial distribution like regional/national distribution Experience should be 10-15 years and above years. Qualification: Graduate / MBA Skills/Other Requirements: Good communication skills, should be AMFI certified/ need to clear, proficient in computers,knowledge of financial markets and financial products (preferably MF products).
