Job Description
Job Description: Role: IT Product Sales Executive (B2B)Responsibilities:1. Market Research and Prospecting:- Identify potential clients within the specified states.- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.- Create a targeted list of prospects for outreach.2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:- Reach out to potential clients via digital media, phone, email, and in-person meetings.- Present PIEDAP s features, benefits, and value proposition.- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.- Understand client pain points and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges.3. Sales Cycle Management:- Qualify leads and manage the entire sales process.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts.- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation.4. Achieve Sales Targets:- Set ambitious sales targets aligned with organizational goals.- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.- Track progress and report on sales activities.5. Market Expansion:- Explore new business opportunities within the assigned territory.- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.- Identify strategic partnerships and alliances. Product Knowledge and Training :- Develop a deep understanding of PIEDAP s features, use cases, and competitive advantages.- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.- Train clients on product usage and benefits.Qualifications :- Education: Master s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (B Com, M Com, BE / B.Tech / MBA / Any Graduate in Computer Science)- Experience: 1 - 2 years of successful B2B sales experience in South Indian Market, preferably in software or technology solutions.Skills:- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.- Familiarity with project management, digital assurance, quality assurance, or software testing concepts is a plus.- Proficiency in local languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) is a plus.
