Manager - Sales Support (2-6 Yrs) Navi Mumbai/Mumbai/Thane (Sales Management)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Support Manager / Team Leader to lead and strengthen our Sales Support function. This role involves sales planning, team leadership, technical sales support, customer coordination, and tender management, ensuring smooth pre-sales and post-sales operations while supporting Regional Sales Teams.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans.- Analyze company and individual sales data and prepare MIS and forecasts.- Lead and manage the Sales Support team and allocate daily tasks.- Act as a coordination point between Sales, Engineering, Stores, and Finance teams.- Handle RFQs, quotations, and sales documentation with accuracy.- Oversee outbound calling for lead generation and customer follow-ups.- Support technical discussions and negotiations with customers.- Build and maintain relationships with key and strategic customers.- Track quotation status and ensure timely follow-ups for conversion.- Coordinate order processing and monitor execution timelines.- Identify and manage tenders through GeM and other portals.- Prepare and submit tender documentation and ensure compliance.- Maintain tender tracker and sales activity reports.Candidate Profile:- Graduate / Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial preferred).- 4-8 years of experience in Sales Support / Inside Sales / Technical Sales Support.- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.- Good understanding of industrial or engineering products.- Experience in RFQ handling, quotation preparation, and order management.- Knowledge of GeM portal and tender handling is an advantage.- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
